Free Hard Disk Space
Full installation of Symantec Backup Exec requires ~400 MB of free disk space. You will need additional disk space to install Microsoft .NET Framework (from 300 MB to 700 MB depending on your architecture). LightsOut Restore function requires additional 2 GB and you will need to secure more disk space for saving recovery points during normal Backup Exec operation.
