What is Adware?

Adware is software that installs secretly on your computer to display advertisements, unsolicited correspondence, pop-up windows and other annoying information touting you to visit malicious websites or buy goods from affiliated websites.

Most adware programs install on your system when you run or install adware-infected software or software designed deliberately to display advertisements.

Often adware collects information about yourself, and your computer relying it to a third-party without your knowledge. They can track your online behavior, habits and other information stored on a PC to serve you ads or send spam emails.

Adware is often installed by uneducated or unaware users that accept User License Agreement confirming their consent to install adware on their computer.
